Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the United States!
How long does shipping take?
2-5 Business Days unless the order includes a Pre-Order in that case all orders with a Pre-Order Item will ship in 10-15 Business Days
How do I track my order?
You can track your order through the Shop Pay App or via the link you receive via email after ordering. You can also reach out to me directly for additional shipping information!
Returns
How do I return an item?
Reach out to abusymomblogs@outlook.com and I will get a return label emailed to you and get a refund request submitted!
How long does it take to process my return?
Once the item has been returned and we have received it the return will be processed and funds are normally returned in 3-5 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
As long as the current item has not been worn or damaged then you can return it for a different item.
General
If something is sold out can you still get more?
In most cases yes, but some items are seasonal or I was only able to get a handful of so I will not be able to restock.
Do you take custom Orders?
I can do a lot of custom items depending on what you are looking for so please feel free to reach out and ask!
How often do you get new items in the shop?
I try to bring in new items monthly, but some months have more new items than others. Mainly it depends on how busy I am at the time and how long it takes for me to find new and cute items for the shop!
